I am exempted from showing proof of funds but still have provided the POF details.

In anticipation of PR, my query is:

Before migrating to Canada can I close the bank account (A) in which I have shown POF and transfer the complete amount to my another bank account (B) which I did not disclosed at time of filling the application?

I am then planning to transfer the money from bank account (B) to Canada.

Request you to please advise.

@legalfalcon - We did upfront medicals ourselves in Nov and then received medical request from IRCC just after 3 days of medical completion. From then, we raised multiple webforms to get our medical updated but it still shows as medical result not received, I understand that IME tracker number is different and now it needs to updated in file manually by IRCC but is there any way to contact IRCC and get it updated? From past 2 months, we have raised multiple webforms but all in vain. Please suggest how can we get our medicals updated. Thanks in advance.

My sister’s caregiver paper application was under process when she applied for TRV, gave biomateric and TRV refused. Does she need to info IRCC?

My fiancé who is a Canadian citizen and I are getting married this March 2022, in Canada where I'm currently visiting on a multiple-entry tourist VISA.

I received my ITA for federal skills express entry in 2020 and subsequently applied after furnishing all the required documentation in October 2020, I'm yet to receive any word from IRCC regarding the status of my application.

Could I please know how this will affect my application as well as the procedure that has to be followed?, and also by when should I Inform IRCC about the marriage.

According to the latest GCMS notes, my eligibility is passed. I want to know if IRCC will redo the eligibility check again when a new born is added to the application?

Eligibility only refers to the PA. When you add a family member to an existing application, only their documents are processed.

As soon as your get married, you have to inform IRCC of the change of family composition. It will not have any impact on the processing as such since your spouse will be a citizen.

No, IRCC already is aware of it. You do not have to inform IRCC is you have already submitted the application.

I am PA in my EE PR application, CEC/AoR Sep 2021. My wife was asked for RCMP clearance for some reason -- i do not know why. I got it last week and uploaded to the portal. Our criminality is still not completed and agent tells me it is in progress. Criminality and Security are only remaining. Security says not started.

1. What do you think might have caused this RCMP request?
2. How long do you think it will take me to get PR?

Hi @legalfalcon, We added our baby and now he's listed on our application since November 18th, moreover we passed the upfront medical exam but since that we didn't here anything back from IRCC. How long does it take before we receive passport request for visas stamp?
