@legalfalcon Hey there! I truly hope that you and yours are doing very well during these crazy times,I'd like to extend that to everyone else in here as well I hope each and everyone of you are well.
I've been doing my best at trying to figure this out on my own but I think I need your help , I've tried contacting IRCC and mp's but they are only able to offer so much assistance and ircc hardly responds ,I was wondering if maybe you could shed some light on my situation

-Contacted our MP to liaise for us with IRCC and in less than 24hrs had the following response
"Your application was received December 2020.
All of your assessments were passed and a final decision needs to be made on the application.
There are no pending documents on file.
IRCC was unable to give me a timeline as to when the final decision might come."
(New update dec 15th)
Response to webform
""Greetings.
Your application is in queue for the immigration officer’s review.
No information is required for your file at this time. We will send you a notice via MyCIC portal if additional information is required."
We've had no communication since December 15th ,and not sure how much longer we should expect to wait, was hoping maybe you could help answer what may be taking so long. I've submitted a request for gcms notes which if this were a perfect world should be in next week.
Thank you so much for reading and hope to hear some thoughts soon.
