I have seen your posts regarding H1b holders ,Inorder to get a H1b you have to be really good at what you are doing (exceptions are there using consultancies and all the BS) but that doesn't mean that all those guys in that visa are losers.

I would like to know from which heaven you are residing which is free from all the problems and has 100% civilized people.

I am not sure about this because with 1 yr of exp you are basically a cec. So if they are opening up, especially for the students, they might just do away with the 1 yr exp requirements.

For students (and recent grads), yes removing the 1 year work experience makes sense especially if they're just working out their Bachelor's degree, but it should be replaced with something like a graduation requirement i.e. a no graduation, no PR policy, but for those who's in Canada to work, and no plan to do academics, the 1 year work experience should remain.

TR to PR program was not for students. It was focused on essential workers. Students was just so they could get numbers for 2021. The TR to PR program added in express entry will probably be for lower NOC essential workers in Canada. The mandate letter also specified that it will expand on express entry pathways, it didn’t say anything about creating. Most likely it will lower the threshold of CEC which requires B level NOC, and also increase points for Canadian degree
