SORRY I WASN'T YELLING. I WAS JUST ASKING A QUESTION. I'M CURRENTLY IN CANADA UNDER A PGWP. I HAVEN'T YET WORKED A FULL 1 YEAR (GOT LIKE 7 MONTHS MORE) TO QUALIFY FOR CEC CLASS. SO I'M HOPING I CAN APPLY THROUGH FSW TO SAVE MYSELF TIME
Imagine being so out of touch with reality that you think you'll save time with FSW

Even with French, you are still FSW so ITA is not 100% guaranteed.
Exactly. So many people saying french like it's a sure shot. Meanwhile I've been sitting with valid french scores for a year, while french speakers with lower CRS manage to get in because they happen to have WORSE english scores. Makes perfect sense mate.

If nothing happens by summer, we are going to retake both IELTS and TCF to get exactly 467 or less

It depends, is it the one on their GCMS notes? In my CIC portal the eligibility, criminality, has been "in processing" ever since I got AOR, and has never been changed. But when you order your GCMS notes, practically all of them, except security is done.
I think for every new application everything is saying it is "processing" :D

Yeah, but my AOR was last Sept 2020, and my eligibility in the CIC portal still says it's "processing", but in my GCMS it says "passed". There's definitely a mismatch between what you see in the CIC portal and in GCMS.

Yes it is, but I think the portal is not as great as people think it is. For example I have just found out that when you submit additional documentation for either yourself or your spouse/common-law partner, they do not show up on the list of uploaded documents once you will upload them :D

Listen guys, I know you will laugh at me but I am optimistic person. I personally think that the processing times will go down in 2022.

We were in the pool since April 2021, I was tracking draws every two weeks hopping that there will be FSW, it did not happen but from nowhere we got an ITA through PNP. I really think that processing will be reduced.

If you were in the pool in April 2020, why didn't you get an ITA in 2020? I was on the pool in March 2020, and I got my ITA on Aug 2020. There were alternating FSW-CEC draws in the latter half of that year.

Sorry @Windsor37 I made a typo - we were in the pool since April 2021 - so I can call myself and my partner a lucky person.
