folks! the max work experience is 3 years that we can claim points and there is no point of adding exp in the exp section, so in this manner can't we claim points only for the academic qualification that we want? and put that avoided qualification in personal history?
we need a deep discussion on this, so please share your thoughts

Hey guys! I'm sitting at 474 (NOC 1122) and have missed out 2 OINP NOIs due to their stupid cut-off. I've played around with the CRS calculator and if I don't claim my husband's education I could reduce the score to 466. My question is, do you think it's a wise thing to do? As I have mentioned my husband's ECA/WES # already in the EE profile? Will this be misinterpretation?
since he's the dependent, I believe you can avoid his education, and this won't be misrepresentation.

The truth still remains...Holding only PNP and CEC draws will not be enough to sustain CA'a ageing population...I still believe that at some point(Most probably between the first 2 quarters of next year) FSW will resume in full force..#fingerscrossed#
will not be enough to sustain CA'a ageing population
their problem, not ours! if they are creating strategies to only gain more votes and stay to rule, then it's their loss.
I used to think about the long term effects of such issues, but not anymore after Canadian government displayed what their priorities are

should check if there is a way to remove the ECA from WES first. if possible then creating another express entry profile tailored to get OINP NOI will get you the NOI

check the User WES portal if you can modify / add / remove credentials.

https://www.wes.org/advisor-blog/modifying-your-wes-order/

For any variety of reasons, sometimes the person requesting a credential evaluation will need to modify the order after the process has already started. Should you find yourself in that situation, here are the steps to follow if you need to add or remove a credential from your order. The final decision, however, lies with WES.

After you submit your WES application, you have limited opportunity to modify your order. To add or remove a credential, you will need to send a request to our Customer Service team. You will not be able to make the changes yourself.

How to Add or Remove a Credential
To modify your order, follow these steps:

  1. Send your request in writing to our Customer Service team. You can do this by filling out this form. (Please note that the form is available only from Monday morning through Friday evening. It is not available on the weekends when our customer service center is closed.) Be sure to include:
    • Your country or territory of education
    • The name of the credential you would like to add or remove
    • The name of the institution or authority that awarded the credential
    • Years of attendance (years that you participated in the program)
    • Year the credential was awarded
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply to you with an email that says, “Your message has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.” This means that our Customer Service team has redirected your query to the department that can assist you. Because a specialist must review the query, you may have to wait longer than 48 business hours for our staff to fulfill your request.
  3. Our evaluators will review your request and determine whether we can add or remove the credential from your order. For more information about how WES determines which credentials it evaluates, read this blog post. Sometimes WES requires a given credential to produce a more accurate and high-quality evaluation report, and will not remove it from an order.
  4. One of our staff members will respond to your message via email to inform you of their decision.
Is There a Deadline to Modify Your Order?
You can add a credential at no additional cost until our evaluators have accepted all your documents. When they have received and accepted all of your documents, they will estimate a date of completion for your report. If you would like to add a credential after this point, you will need to order an upgrade. Updates to your order will become visible in your profile the next time your status changes.

You can check your status at any time by logging into My Account. All updates to your credential evaluation’s status will appear in My Account.

@Emil1 @sidou check the above link
Thanks @dankboi ! I don't think it's possible to remove from WES. The article seems to be for any changes before ECA is completed. WES had already sent a copy of the ECA to IRCC, I don't think it's possible to revoke that.

but you are the primary applicant, i think you can remove dependent's ECA from profile which you are not claiming points.

I've even watched Kubeir's video on this topic. He talks about swapping ECA reports to a lesser graded report, no indication of removing anything from the EE profile. Quite tricky

This is also what I am doing. I added just 4 years of experience and have a mini resume with just this.

What is this personal history section? Is this on IRCC?

Yes, it does make sense. Can we expect to see another HCP stream nomination round this year? The last one was on 6th October, perhaps one more end of Nov or early Dec?

There will be, probably, but the scores will be in the range of 453-467 until the all program draws resume. Cause the OINP adjusts it's highest score according to all program draw's last cut-off

Switching to a lesser grades is even worse, because there isn’t much reason for it other than deliberately wanting to lower the score. You can say that you removed it because it would be more paperwork for them to analyze and you rather simplify your case.

Would you rather get your hopes up every two weeks and wait till March anyway? Just set expectations properly. The general (but uninformed) consensus is that FSW will come back Q1 2022. If that is to be believed, the prudent thing to do is to assume the end of Q1 as the best case scenario. Smiley faces and mindless positivity isn't going to change anything. Tempering our expectations and preparing for the worst (optional: still stay hopeful but have no expectations) is the only way I can control my nerves and anxiety.
Makes sense. I am actually not going to check anything (except email) for a while now. Its not like I am in control of anything. Besides I am 29 and my points will be > 475 till May 2023 so I am hoping to get an ITA till then unless something changes with the new NOC and I drop points a lot. TBH I only started the Canada thing 3-4 months ago and I know people here have been targeting it for years so I guess I should just feel grateful I am in this position anyway.

since the last draw was on dec 23 last year, i am assuming there will be a drop in EE pool in end of dec 2021-jan 2022 due to profiles expiring. Also, it is possible that some will decide against re-entering the pool
If the first all program draw happens in jan 22, it is possible that the crs cutoff won’t be as high <480

What's funny is that, if you look at the 2020 PNP NOI draws that happened during the 4 months that "All program draws" didn't take place, they aligned the cut off to the last CEC draw.
