Frankly income of 95K to sustain 6 people isn't really that high. Do you have enough income to support their living? If they need to stay in care home in the future? (it's 20 years of undertaking)Thank you for the prompt response. so in this case shoud l i just donot apply for the application? i guess it will be straight NO ? If i still apply how much money will i lose for my two parents ? My friends are telling me that i should still apply as they may be flexible since my income for the 2019 onwards is really high around 95K.
It has to be income in Canada/reported in NOA. And actually, you NEED to report your income from anywhere if you are a tax resident and have enough ties (wife and children) in Canada. What if you got married Q1 of 2018 and hubby joined you in Canada Q4 of 2018, since you are including your hubby in your # of household for 2018, will they also accept his world income as part of your 2018 income.
PS: Note that CRA doesn't report world income on NOA, but gives you a proof that you reported it.
Primary ApplicantHello Folks,
Can anyone clarify this, please
(https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) ---> who has to create an account here? Sponsor or Primary applicant?
He is your husband. He needed to be included regardless of where he is. Same for dependent (children). Some people's kids are still in home country or is living with an ex-spouse/partner. They still need to be counted. So if works income doesn't count, will they still include the "world individual" in my number of household. Without adding him, my income for 2018 is enough but if they include him without including his income, then that won't be fair to me . Note, I don't have any invitation.
