Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Decision has been made on my parents file since March 2021 on ecas. I wonder i still have not got the PPR. NDVO is the visa office. Sometimes when i log on to my cic account it shows replacement overdue. However i have submitted everything that they asked for in Feb 2021. Any suggestions guys?

Local Visa office - NDVO. I have received PCC request for my parents (In india) and dependent brother(in canada - work permit). For my parents I managed to book an appointment for next week. For my brother his Express entry under Canadian Experience Class is in progress for which he got his RCMP and PCC done a month ago.
Now my question is that - for my brother - in terms of sending original documents, should he also send it to India ?
The request letter has been attached below for your reference-

: > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you and your accompanying dependents This must be received at this office by: 2021/10/01 (Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and send to the High Commission at the e-mail address or mailing address indicated below. Unless specifically requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail. PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. Sincerely, Immigration Section

I believe flight was not direct. So, no test at stop over country correct?

Most of us sent scanned copy of PCC.

I applied for my parents sponsorship on Jun 3rd 2019.
I received a request for re-medical on Jul 17 , 2021. They submitted their medical again on 26th Jul.
On Sep 1st, I received another saying as below :
WE NEED SOMETHING from you to process your file further.......
when i sign in to my account, my linked file is not appearing there, so I cant access the message they sent and am not sure what that could be?
Can anyone please shed some light, I am feeling very helpless as what to do next, as i have already submitted webform and technical issue report ?
Does anyone know what that message could be?

We flew with Japan airlines, transited 12 hours at the airport, and flew within the same day, therefore, no stop-over test was required.
If your parents fly from Vietnam, book tickets with Japan airlines, never try Eva as they cancel very often.
