He just said that the reduction of the invitations in draws shows that IRCC is not desperate with cec candidate and he does not expect the reopening of TR to PR pathway again
Not desperate with CEC
No reopening of TR to PR

well, what is he trying to say?

He literally hates FSW candidates because they are not his clients. I think watching his videos is a sheer waste of time.
Exactly. Maybe it’s actually because he’s tired of speculating. One time he said probably August, then another time he said September. He actually doesn’t know

This is the reply Mr. Marco gave in one of the standing committee when asked about COPR's issued after March 18th.

Can’t wait till international border restrictions are eased. Waiting to see what excuse they would manufacture lol

Meanwhile international students are immune from contacting and spreading the virus

Tired of his BS really. Haven't they exempted CoPR holders from restrictions? Why is he talking about restrictions now?

This is the June 21 update: If you hold a valid (not expired) Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and visa, you can travel to Canada as of June 21, 2021.
I'm thinking this announcement really didn't have anything to do with IRCC planning to issue more COPRs at the time; it was just a travel permission for those with existing COPRs. Due to the border restriction they probably decided not to issue any more COPRs until the international travel restrictions were lifted; if they continued handing out PPRs and COPRs a lot of these would have expired before the border re-opening commences and that would be more workload for IRCC.
@ImpatientKangaroo i explained what that announcement could actually mean sometime ago

No I didn’t. I once talked about this here
Then why does the question say valid CoPR holders can't travel due to restrictions? And nobody corrected the question it seems. I really don't get it.
