Did you see his website he is charging so high for consultancy , $ 315 for 25 Min & $ 630 for 50 Min...lot of money..
Not so long ago he was charging 350$ or 450$ per full 1h, prices have changed recently. I remember that because I was looking to get some consultation from him.

Hmmm...from what I can tell the Accra office seems to be very efficient. 5 of the most recent AORs post pandemic (earliest 20 Sept 2020 and latest Oct 2020) to get issued PPR got it in under 120 days (Q1 of 2021). All Nigerian citizens. Nothing issued since though which I suspect is effected by the 90-day suspension of FSWO processing as per ircc memo dated ~March 2021 to date. I hope all African applications get sent there for approval once go ahead is given to finalize in September lol
Most of those Nigerian files were processed in Hong Kong visa office before being moved to Accra. Hong Kong had done the major components such as eligibility and criminality. Accra just did finished it up. Early last month I noticed Accra has started sending re-medical request for Nigerians with expired Copr. Hopefully by September we should begin to see rapid movements.
