I got AOR on 17th March and got the biometrics request on 28th July. Online, I have all the 4 areas (Background verification, Language skills, Physical presence and Prohibitions) in progress.

Thanks for sharing this. Did you get the biometric request via email? My same 4 areas are still showing as in progress, but haven't received a request for biometric. TIA

My family and 4 other families from the same neighbourhood applied in the first 3 weeks of January. They all got invites for citizenship tests and they completed. But my family did not get an invite yet, should I be concerned?

Well, it means what it says. It means that your application is "In Process".

Interestingly, my partner received AOR yesterday for online application (Jan 31). The new dashboard says "in-progress" for all items. ECAS (old system), says "file not found" (may not be in progress yet). So, does one conclude that the application is 'in-progess' or not?
Also, congratulatons on your oath invite, Raj! You deserve such miracles (rejection on UP, then invite)!
