Got my PGWP today! Applied May 15, went into eligibility review this morning, approved an hour ago. Good luck, everyone!

Did a regression of the processing timelines I collected since May:

Takeaway: so far the time is increasing linearly. We are looking at a processing time of 66 days as of today. At this trend, for those who applied on May 18th, the result will come out around July 30th, with the processing time of ~73 days.

It looks they are randomly picking up the files. One of my knowns got her permit on July 3rd and She applied on 19th May.

I lodged mine and my dependents' application on May 7th, 12:03am. I got two ghost updates, saying that my application/profile has been updated but it went back to "submitted".
