    my eligibility review started august 10. the processing time when i applied was 10 weeks and it fluctuated since then up to 52 weeks down to 12 weeks and up again..... I don't rely on that processing time garbage.

    i think you should raise one anyway. It doesn't hurt to ask especially that they have exceeded their processing times.

    im sorry to hear its taking so long, but if it was going to be refused then it would be by now. Did you raise a webform? When I did, they told me that its not a priority and its in queue for processing.
