My portal 2 date is on 9/28 and have the same VO as you, besides that, we are at the same stage

My portal two is a day later than yours (9/28) and my visa office is Etobicoke, otherwise we should be in the same stage. Hopefully they do expedite the process.

I did read on the forum that the current wait time is around 20 - 35 days, but then again it depends on your visa office. I submitted my photo and declared my presence in Canada last Thursday on 9/28 and am hoping I will get my eCOPR sometime this month, in the meantime, you can definitely check...
