Not sure if PNP applicant processing times for PR are different from those of non PNP applicants.
PNP takes longer then FSW.
But since there hasn't been any FSW draws this year, PNP is feasible option.
You do not need a PCR while submitting it for PNP stage. PCR is needed after getting the ITA

Congrats Maduka,
I received my NOI on June 23rd as well.
Submitted on 7th July.

Awaiting the rest of the process
Thank you. My application has moved to assessment stage. Here’s my current timeline

NOI: 23rd June
Submitted: 30th June
Assessment: 14th July
DIP: Nil
Nomination: Nil

OINP recent update was…
‘Accepting only complete applications decreases processing times for our clients’

SO, let’s hope for nomination very soon.

Yes let's hope that update meant the timeline for complete applications would be quicker

Yes. I also feel that OINP want to meet up with their target before the year runs out.

Even Express Entry has decreased submission time to 60 days after ITA.
So you can imagine.
