Couldn't agree more with your approach!I keep myself busy at work and just try to forget about my application. Last few days I stopped worrying abt my application didn't even care to check the status. Then I got this surprise.

Nop but if there is I'll be happy to move back to Ontario then I'll have a perfect excuse to change my address .Did u have provincial restrictions on your pnp ?
July20 application received.What's your timeline?
Congrats!!July20 application received.
25th Jan in process.
But your file progress wont be a problem for moving. As its anyway not moving as expected, dont keep your plan holding for this application. How can one stay happy in Quebec without speaking french ? I wanna move from Montreal but im stuck only because of this citizenship thing.
As per call center agent, my criminality was pending but security was complete. When ordered GCMS it showed criminality in progress but security section only had UCI,name, app no. That's it rest was completly blank.Congrats!!
If no finger print then your security with CSIS was taking time right? Based on GCMS, could you share start date of your CSIS check?
If criminality is taking time that means there is a backlog with rcmp too .As per call center agent, my criminality was pending but security was complete. When ordered GCMS it showed criminality in progress but security section only had UCI,name, app no. That's it rest was completly blank.
If there was a RCMP back log we would have know by now. There would be a lot of people complaining about criminality check like they do in terms of security check through CSIS. So I doubt it's a backlog. If criminality is taking time that means there is a backlog with rcmp too .
Im bent on moving within two to three months, most likely by september. Still trying to figure out where exactly. But your file progress wont be a problem for moving. As its anyway not moving as expected, dont keep your plan holding for this application.
I dont see a big effect than which already it is. Even for case file transfer, it hardly affects 2-3 months which is peanuts while comparing to the time we spent till now(18-24 months).
May be transferring can be lucky by an officer who is ready to work on your file to mark it complete instead of getting dusted at your current office which is being kept in dark.
I hear Alert, Nunavut is nice. Citizenship application might be processed faster thereIm bent on moving within two to three months, most likely by september. Still trying to figure out where exactly.
Im really not in a mood to live in igloos or hang out with the penguins (their language is harder than french) , i guess ill just move back to Browntown.I hear Alert, Nunavut is nice. Citizenship application might be processed faster there
Very bad move, Edmonton covers Nunavut if I am not wrong and Edmonton is still hibernating.I hear Alert, Nunavut is nice. Citizenship application might be processed faster there
