2020 applicants with Background verification- In Progress

I got the fingerprint request from Vancouver office. I submitted my fingerprints through Commissionaires and they sent the results back to Vancouver office.

There is an address mentioned on the FP request letter normally, like when I got my first fingerprints request, it was mentioned to send them to the CCPC Sydney address.

can it change to in progress?

Any 2020 PNP paper based Outland applicant having background verification completed got PPR than please let me know.
