1. Receiving a letter from Paris VO means that our application is already transferred to the VO right?

Yes.

I actually have a third question:
I live with my husband and son in France and I applied while i'm here in France.
I sent with the application a job offer, accommodation letters and letters from friends and family.
And I got a SA.
Does it mean that they accept my situation as it is? Or would they ask for these things later in the process?
I mean they gonna check on me again if I can financially support my family or not?

No, the SA does not mean that they won't come back later and ask for more evidence of your intent to move to Canada. Best to be prepared.

That said, including an actual job offer is pretty strong / better than most perhaps, so they might not. (You won't really know most likely until you see decision made in ECAS or for certain until you get the PPR.

Yes.



No, the SA does not mean that they won't come back later and ask for more evidence of your intent to move to Canada. Best to be prepared.

More likely they would write in a form letter with request to provide additional evidence ('including ...') and you would provide whatever additional you can. (An update might be a good idea, though). Usually at that point - later in process - you'd provide whatever additional preps you had made (moving companies, schools, housing, whatever)

It's possible with job offer they would not ask for more, hard to say.

Congratulations! It definitely means you got approved! You'll get your passport back with a PR visa and a COPR to be given to the immigration officer when you land in Canada.
