Friend gave me contact to a certified translator. Only took a few hours.
Thanks! The most interesting part of this question will be for those who traveled to a lot of countries and has multiple stamps with different languages ;). In this case a certified translator might not be enough. For example, I have at least 10 languages on the stamps... looks like an agency will be needed, if they ask.

Yeah that would the case. Do you have an interview coming up?

No. No interview invitation was received (yet?).
We passed test on March 28, 2021. Just trying to be ready in advance (for example, I requested health history few months ago and already got it handy).
So, my only potential document I lack will be the stamp translation.

Ahhh okay. Where are you located?

Could you please share how long did it take you to get the passport stamps translated? What agency did you use?
I was not requested for this, but asking just in case as it may be useful.
Thank you!
If you're in Ontario browse ATIO for any language pairs and locate individual certified translators in your vicinity if you have a bunch of languages. An agency will cost you at least double the price. I had well over a 100 stamps and visas to translate. Looking at your avatar you might be coming from Ukraine, so I would assume that most of your stamps are from the EU. Note that the stamps from the EU don't have to be translated even though technically they are in their own language, but I called IRCC and confirmed that.

Yes, Ukraine. But I also visited Russia, India, Algeria, UAE, Iran, Egypt, Bosnia in addition to the EU ;) .
Thank you for the reply!

Russia, UAE, Iran, Egypt - yes, Bosnia not sure if this is just an arrival/departure stamp then you are ok.
India - no, all in English
You don't want me to start listing what ended up costing me almost a grand in translation...

When you receive you invite for an interview you want to look into CIT0520 and it will state all passport pages that fall within the period (that's hardly an 'if' almost a certainty), then look up in the document for a note that says: All stamps and entries, including visas and permits, must be translated into English or French. This includes any entries that fall outside of the period stated above.
I do recommend you to call IRCC to confirm every stamp and language. I got to an excellent agent on the phone (actually I called twice and both times I got to the same person) who patiently spent a considerable amount of time with me googling each and every type of stamp that I have and confirmed what needed to be translated and what not. What triggered it was that there is not a single certified Icelandic to English translator in Ontario. And she said that googling Keflavik would always give you the airport, so it should be no problem for the interviewing agent to confirm. So I walked the same logic for almost every stamp and logically excluded ALL EU stamps, European visas that aren't in English/French, but at the same time don't have special notes and such. So whereas rules are rules and they clearly state that 'Heraklio' is not English/French and thus needs to be translated to read 'Heraklion', but they apply common logic that if 'I can recognize what this is then you are fine'. Again, don't take this as formal advice and call to confirm. I'd hate to be the reason you fail that part.

UAE stamps are in both English and Arabic - translating them is not necessary.

My wife is an April 2019 Vancouver applicant and had her in-person test scheduled for April 2020 and it was, of course, canceled like all the others. Her case is not urgent.

She received her online test invite a few days ago and has a window from April 5-25.

We are currently abroad and working out how to return. However, I was given an idea by a friend that we are exploring. I started a thread to get input on that idea:https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/take-the-online-citizenship-test-at-canadian-consulate-abroad.727513/
