They email today 2021-01-09 saying that I am not a authorized representative so they cannot provide any details.

Can someone please explain, what is this Consent form meant for or do I need to submit authorization representative form?

IMM 5744 has to be filled while submitting the form. If childrens are included, spouse also has to sign that form.

I did filled that form, We have not submitted IMM 5476 when originally applying for Sponsorship.
I am not sure if the the IMM 5476 has not been filled they can still provide the info based on Consent form?

Yes, consent should work. We received the notes, base don consent form.

Any December Applicant received Pre-arrival letter, DM or PPR ?
My wife has received Pre-arrival on NOV192020.

But Medical will expire this week (around JAN182021).
Should i expect Re-medical or extension on existing medical ?

Any chances of PPR or DM this month ?

I also got pre arrival same time. 19th or 20th Nov 2020. your case is like my case as well. Its been more than a month awaiting DM/PPR

Well..i do not have access to GC key as i have my lawyer as a representative.
I have requested GCMS notes meanwhile. Let see.
