as per the ppr email, passport should reach visa office within 30 days. Did you try to contact them again?

Yeah, I am continuously trying to contact vfs but they are just sending automated reply. Even on phone call they said the only way is email,, we can’t give any information on phone,,I don’t know what to do now

I need to submit 2 passports and have the following questions. Please help me based on your experience.

1. For the primary and secondary applicant on the same application the application number is the same, do we still need 2 separate envelopes for each?
2. Will there be 2 separate payment links sent out or just one for both applicants. How much is the fees for 2 applicants?
