I send them emails so many times but there is always a automated reply,, even on phone calls they are not giving any information,, they said email is the only way,, so I really don’t know what to do now

Yeah, I am continuously trying to contact vfs but they are just sending automated reply. Even on phone call they said the only way is email,, we can’t give any information on phone,,I don’t know what to do now

Hi, I received ppr on dec 18,2020. I emailed to vfs for two way courier service to submit my passport. I am just receiving automated reply. It’s been 20 days I didn’t get fee link. Is there anyone facing the same problem ? How long does it take to get fee link ?
