were you able to get the vga to reply? I was expecting payment for two but they sentfor one,not replying now.. not sure what to do.. it isso difficult to reach them on phone

as per the ppr email, passport should reach visa office within 30 days. Did you try to contact them again?

you never know, they might delete one or both, they have not explicitly stated what actions they will take but clearly mentioned not to submit more then one, I would just play safe.

IRCC is asking for parent/grandparents information this time, which was not asked last year, the objective of asking that information must be to remove duplicate submission for same person(s) being sponsored more than once as that increases the chance of this person and take away spots for...
