Yeah, I understand you. I was expecting something to happen last week for my application since I saw lots of Sydney applications getting PPRs. Are you in a COVID PACE group from your notes? I am, and I am starting to think that this is why no one is picking up my application for final review (All passed since July)

Mine eligibility was passed/ recommended passed and security not started in last webform response which was in early Nov
Not at all, eligibility, security and criminality all passed since July 22nd. I am waiting final review and PPR. I had notes in July and in November, and they were identical. No one touched my file during this period.
Ok , I asked same question about ur application status. Anyway , I have never ordered GCMS notes . The response which i have received is only thru Webforms.
Hello.. I called IRCC just to know the status of my file and they said that my file is with high commission.. and they do not have the access to the files which are dealt with high commission... what does this mean??

Call center agents don't have access to files outside Canada. In your case, the file is assigned to NDVO, India.
How would i know the status now then? It is already more than a year passed. any clue? I emailed to delhiimmigration but their response time is 30 days!!! Moreover my agent said file to high commission means that file is approved and ready for Visa!! is it?
You will have to order GCMS. Search on the forum on how. That's the only way to know the exact progress of your file. I am in a similar situation.
Not necessarily. Some files are sent to the applicants' local visa office (consulate of high commission) quite early on in the process. So, you cannot know without NDVO sharing with you the progress details of your application (they rarely, if ever, do that) or you order GCMS.
