guys i want your advises please, if someone don't have SIN because he never applied for assylum or PRRA or obtained a work permit in general but he has tax number for no resident , can he join this in his application or not ? because maybe he will have a problem with his status cause his status don't permit to work if we want to read just the outline according to IRCC law but in the same time if he will join these in his request he will prove that he pay taxes and he is integrated . i wait your advises
yes he/she who live in Canada more then six months
Need file taxes you can request ITN Number
CRA will provide it for you
With ITN you can login in cra website

Please did you use the service of a lawyer for first stage ? And if yes, is it possible to do the second stage on your own? My thinking is that ircc have lawyer information as representative. How can someone do the second stage by self
@Kikybabe
If you used the representative in first stage you should stick around with your lawyer Don’t put yourself at risk

First stage was done by lawyer and my second stage will still be done by him but there are certain information that I always like to contact ircc by myself because if u wait on them they will never do it
I will just for the COPR.. too much stress
I also learned that some smaller branches are privaty operated and those won't know how to help you. My best advice is to call for example Sheppard location which is a central gov office and ask them. They will give all the necessary information and directions. Useless to visit small local branches, they exist for simple straightforward problems like change of address on existing cards etc.

Thank You for your prompt reply. I will reply them and follow up with my lawyer concerning the exemption.
