Yeah, I called cic today
The exact same thing was told to me
And agent said that it needs to be transferred to LVO(Halifax) for issuing copr letter
May be next week, we will get copr

Someone should help with this enquiry.

I reached out to a permanent resident to help out with GCMS notes. I have been asked to find out the link or application process.

Anyone that has done it before, please help out.

Read carefully. ....
It means they will clear remaining PR file quata of 2020 in 2021 or 2022 or 2023.

Let's hope they can do something better than now.
