From your previous posts, I don't see you were requested for medical before. Are they asking for medical or just those hepatitis b and c tests?

After medical pass, you should get pre-arrival email.

I applied under spousal sponsorship I gave biometric on Feb 25 but no answer it says your tracking Id no 2025****** has been dispatched to the IRCC Office for processing. application forwarded to Nairobi VO on March 4
I don’t know what will be the next step anyone knows the time line please reply thank you

Once Sponsor applicant (SA) gets approved in Canada, the principal applicant (your spouse) will receive biometric request letter. With this letter, she can set up appointment with Nairobi VFS and submit biometric.

I am not familiar with family reunification category timeline; I believe SA approval takes about two months.

I also did the same tests. Hepatitis B is a standard test. Hepatitis C is if you have any tattoos or piercings.

Received medical request Sept 20, but earliest appointment availability was Oct 9th so still waiting for that. He got a Pre-arrival letter on Oct 1st, but it's my understanding that doesn't mean a whole lot in terms of timeline.

Pre-arrival letter is positive things means you passed Eligibility from is what I have seen GCMS notes.after medical will he be Dm. I did medical and receive Pre-Arrival a year ago but still waiting to DM. Have you being requested additional document like Police Certificate?
