What that mean please, has been dispatched to the IRCC Office, on 2020/08/18 for processing. I sent it from erbil vfs to Amman its 16 days in my tracking application write this, I don't know amman get my passport or not?

Check your tracking number in vfs website .... After processing in IRCC they will send it to vfs then to you ....
When I check my tracking number in vfs website they write has been dispatched to the IRCC Office, on 2020/08/18 for processing. Is that mean embassy they get it or not and I didn't get any email from embassy.
You should get email from vfs not embassy that they start process your application.... Usually after one day from first email .... I prefer to contact with them tomorrow by online chat
I think it's okay because my sister in law show the same thing
Its 16 days I didn't get any email from vfs, did she get ppr now?

She got her identity card and passport with her correct birth date,
When she went today to get her birth certificate it shows a different date,
She was born 26/6 ( identity card+ passport) but on the birth certificate it shows (26/7)
I don’t know what to do,
If we try to fix this problem in Iraq it could take up to two years to fix the whole thing.
What can I do?

No actually her ppr was in march but due to corona they were not able to send it so they send it last week , I'm tracking there application I will let you know once I know anything
Sorry for that , I know everything thing is horrible in Iraq but try to find someone inside maybe he can help you with it , hope you done from it soon I believe if you find some so you will finish it in a week
Believe me if they answer then I will call them too , seven months for ppr and I didn't receive it yet while some other receive it long time ago , me and the husband of my sister in law we apply in the same day even we did medical in the same day but I didn't get my passport request.
