May be they have already gone for the holidays. As if there weren’t enough of rest 2021 and 2020.

are you inside Canada? Have you considered writ of mandamus? I have sent webform a couple of time with no response, and considering legal route in a couple months.
No, I am outside and not considering any legal actions. They will just the pandemic as a reason for the delay and the court will most likely agree with them.

How long time it takes after pre arrival letter,,i got pre arrival letter
could be a week, or nearly a year later like in my spouse's case. if they finished background checks then it could be in a week or so.
