quick question, regarding section 3 question, which options should i choose if i planning to apply for Open WP? Currently i'm holding Closed WP which attach to employer. Thanks in advance

a) Apply for a work permit with the same employer
b) Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
c) Restore my status as a worker
d)Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

Just a quick question. I'm almost sure that there's no issue, but I didn't found any document about.
On "implied status" and working, is there a problem if the applicant change his/her residential address (in the same city)?
I know we can't change jobs/employer, but I didn't see any mention about residential address (besides you need to keep inside Canada).

Yes with open work permit you can
