Yes it was received and was signed by "Ahmid". on 20th July.

My package (with courier ) reached on 20 July and post tracker shows it was signed as well, till now I haven't gotten any update

That's why everyone is upset. If they provided a good estimate, nobody would be mad.

No I called them but they tell you to wait. And yes, no updates.

NO , see, at least , they should inform you whether your package was received in health situation , what did mean by wait , wait for what!!!!!!! this is not proper answer !!! I am wonder did you ask so why you were noticed in your site that it must start by 31 July as you mentioned !!!

It sucks but all of us are in the same situation. Look at @Lulu69 and Igor. Unfortunately there is not much we can do except wait until August 7th.

Sorry , what will happen by upcoming 24 hours? 7th Aug means 7 week /5 working days from 31 of Jul
so what happens?

As I mentioned before, as long as the courier has been signed for by someone at their office, it has arrived.
It's almost impossible for courier documents to be in an "unhealthy" condition.

Yes , exactly , For example your first call was 1 June when was the next ?how many days later and when last time ?

The 3 calls were 3 weeks and 1.5 weeks apart.

My university sent digital transcripts through online platform (myeQuals). However they didn't send the degree certificate. Are e-transcripts through online platform enough for ECA or is degree certificate compulsory as well?

Awesome!!! I guess they were correct. I called today and I was told between today and tomorrow. If I don't get it, I should call on Monday morning.
