you mean this sentence is front of the status in your panel ?

yes this is showing my in Wes account. Does it mean they have my Email document from my university

Please be confirmed and verified by other experts ,
I say just My opinion
so again I insist that affirmed with others

It seems that they received your transcript from university
and from upload section they are waiting for your degree

because they just accept your degree from their panel , and transcript should be sent directly from university/college as well.
