Nothing official yet but from some reason I believe it will be something in September...
Key take away. "Based on an analysis of who needs to be in the office buildings and on current public health guidelines, we anticipate that a majority of you will continue to work remotely for the foreseeable future. The timeline is subject to change based on public health recommendations and the stage of the pandemic at the time. We wish we could be more precise; however, there continue to be many unknowns."
Hopefully they put together an online test, continue the virtual oath ceremonies, and keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

Really depends on the job. Many of those processing applications must be in the office for privacy reason. These government departments are very big so depends what type of role you have. Being able to test people virtually without them being able to cheat is harder than people think.
They need to create a system where people can’t cheat. Harder than most people think.
