Unless they find something serious, it should not be denied if everything is in orderI am just wondering, if we got Sponsor Approval and Medical has Passed, is there still a chance that the application will get denied?
Wonderful new thank you for sharing this informationIn an interesting turn of events, when I was crossing the Canada-US land border by car, I narrated my situation to a CBSA officer and he told me that I could apply for an in-person TRP at the border if I brought my son with me and would very likely get it approved as a 'dual-intent TRP'. I immediately drove back and fetched my wife and child and our son was granted a multiple entry TRP for 2 years. So we'll be moving into Canada with our son as soon as possible and will continue to wait for his PR without having to undergo the pain of separation. I'm guessing I'd have to let CPC Sydney know about the change in my situation and convert my application to an inland application.
