Your OWP application is very unlikely to be returned due to not submitting the checklist/extra documents. I'm a September applicant and no one in our thread has reported having the OWP returned for that reason (we had this discussion then too ). Since the Inland OWP program is a pilot, and it seems that when you apply for PR they transfer your OWPs to another office, there has been some leniency on how the applications are submitted.I too did not submit duplicate supporting docs for the OWP. I'm hoping my app is not returned
Another forum member posted in this thread that their app was returned for missing an NOA doc only a few weeks after it was received so I'm hoping that because it's been over 21 days now since they received mine that I should be ok?
Can anyone comment on how quickly they return applications for missing docs? If they received my application over 21 days ago, can I assume it's all ok?
Thanks a lot for your reply simoneleah. This brings me some relief. I was worried that I will loose about 4-6 weeks of progress on our file if it comes back.Your OWP application is very unlikely to be returned due to not submitting the checklist/extra documents. Try not to worry too much about the OWP
I believe it will still take them a week or two to review your medicals, but you definitely won't have to worry about spending an extra week or two to get your tests done and results out and mailed to the office. This is an uneducated guess though.Hi all.
Our application was received on Nov 18th. I’m an principal applicant and my husband is PR. I already took my medicals few months ago this year for my pgwp. In the checklist, I wrote the name of the doctor, address and phone number of the hospital where I took my medicals.
For my case, do they assess my background check right after they send me AOR skipping the medical part? Or do they ask me to do another medicals?
I put yes and provided the dates& airline tickets showing we visited each other.Hi,
We are confused with below questions from imm5532e application form?
3. Are you living together now? Yes No
4. If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship? Yes No
We are engaged in June and got married in October, and we are living together after marriage.
So, Answer to 3 is Yes.
What would be the answer to question 4? He visited me in June and October.
Thanks in advance!
Answer 4 is N/A as you have already checked yes you are living togetherI put yes and provided the dates& airline tickets showing we visited each other.
When there are nested questions like this "if you are not living together", you do not have to answer that question. You can leave blank or write N/A or not applicable.3. Are you living together now? Yes No

People from late October are still waiting for the AOR. I'm guessing November applicants will get theirs in the new year.Any updates from anyone???
Out application was recieved on November 7th, still no AOR yet. Kind of thought we'd hear something by now.
