When did you originally submit your application ?

I put yes and provided the dates& airline tickets showing we visited each other.

I have looked into multiple threads on here and gotten mixed answer on this one. Some experienced folks on here can chime in on this. At what point in application status can PA(USA citizen) travel back to visit family & friends? (Without risking being denied at the border) PA landed in Canada...

Normal waiting period is 40-50 days for CIC to send email for AOR, according to the past couple if months if you check the spreadsheet. I don't think you can link your application until then.

This is true, we got the reply second day after we mailed in our fingerprint card.

My wife(US Citizen) just applied for PR+OWP at what point did you get to travel back to states to visit family/friends? I get mixed answer on this topic some say you have to wait till you receive your PR card others say you can travel back to states whenever you wish....

Can she legally live in Canada while waiting on application process?

So whats the difference between above situation and having a spouse coming in Canada as visitor(dual-intent) and then apply inland for PR+OWP ?
