Yeah, @zeiesfirdaus seems to have written an internal operational bulletin which is proving to be right as the time passes.
To be honest, 1/2 of that note was informed by the IRCC agent and 1/2 of it is based on emerging trends...
Still, I think the “Crazy Intern Theory” will stick for eons to come...
And there was a member here (a few hundred pages back) who claimed that his Brother is a Case Officer and was going to confirm the “operational bulletin” with him. Also claimed that AOR’s would only be issued after June 28th deadline and applications would be processed in order of invites and not in order of date submitted. All proved wrong.
He never showed up ever on the forum since...

To be clear, he claimed his brother was a VO and not CO and I am sure he is coming and checking this thread everyday.
