I have a feeling we not gonna see Ecas updates after May 17, those folks might fall outside 20k 
To be honest I am not 100% sure. VO probably means vetting officer for skill immigration stream.

few from May 22 ,24, 27 and 28th got ecas updated.

There is no 20k cap this yr. This was confirmed by IRCC and also mentioned in the FAQ. Check the link at my signature(visible from PC or by enabling desktop view in mob browser)I have the feeling we not gonna see Ecas updates after May 17, those folks might fall outside 20k
Yeah I freaked out in early to mid May when I saw people sent applications later than me and received ecas updates right away. I thought my application was not completed or must be the barcode order or other thousands of non-sense concerns. On the way I was able to link and check ecas status, it came all to light that it's the crazy intern behind all this
Could you add me to the tracker please? Application was received on May 31. No AoR yet. No invitation received to apply either via email. Just found our confirmation number on their website with direction to submit application by June 28, 2019
