What reply did you receive from Ralph's office regarding eligibility?
Below is the response that I got from Ralph’s office
Dear Deepika - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Dec 12,
2018. It is at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications
are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.

Eligibility is met.
Criminality and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be
expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Nov 11, 2019

For me it took 5 months
My AOR is december 2018 and i got moved to ip1 last week and the officer told me review is required for eligibility, so now I wonder how long it will take to become MET. Is that the case for you? I was in false ip2 since the AOR.

My last conversation with IRCC just put my frustration at another level.

AOR: 24th December 2018
MEP: 5th Feb 2019
Cit/Res : India

On Call agent: Very sweet and courteous but the info provided isn't that great

Eligibility - Not Started
Criminality - Not Started
Security - Not Started
VO - NDVO
No further requirements. Just need to wait.

What on earth does this mean? That I have been royally "friend zoned"? Why wouldn't they not start? I raised a Web Form Query to NDVO. Its been 3 days since.

It just seems that at times some applications just fall through some "cracks"

Q. Does NDVO respond to Web Forms?
Q. How much time do they usually take to process applications till PPR? Someone here who got processed there?

Just received an email from Mr Goodale's office.

Eligibility, criminality, and security checks are passed.
Medicals are valid until Aug 30, 2019.
The file is awaiting final review – medicals may need to be reworked.

While I am happy to know everything is passed, I wonder if they are waiting for the end of August to tell me to redo my medicals. Does anyone know if that is the case? Should I redo medicals right away? I'm at 7.5 months processing time and would prefer to not have to wait even longer lol

Guys I got an update for ip2 saying "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need any further information." Next day I got an RPRF request mail. Today I paid and uploaded it. Now any idea, how long should I expect for the PPR mail?
pls I will like to know what your review of additional document reads after submitting the rprf

Well it is always a bit reassuring to not be alone in a situation.
This is getting increasingly frustrating for me. I have no idea where my file is at, I contacted my MP, and I have no reply so far except the automated AOR. Meanwhile the clock does not stop ticking for me and the expiry date of my work permit approaches. All the while applying for an extension would require me to purchase another expensive insurance policy on top of the fees... Pay pay pay, and then pay some more...
By the way what would be a standard delay for an MP team to respond ? I am thinking about calling directly about it after it crosses the full week mark.
