No. Am saying after you upload, the docs status reads as document uploaded but not yet submitted to IRCC. I was trying to guide the person on how to submit coz I think he had problems uploading the docs. Otherwise what you have said is true

After you upload, when you scroll down to where the payment info is, there is an arrow for ‘next’. When you click it, it takes you to a page to sign that the document provided is true. Once you sign, that’s it. It says complete. Now when you open your again, it says form uploaded but not yet...
