Wow, just like that... I hope you will get the letter that will state all the reasons for refusal, as so far it is not so clear... and if I were you, I would hire a professional lawyer who could help you to build up a strong case. Because it will be in court, and there you need to come with strong evidence to win! Don’t be upset... through hardship you will become stronger as couple! Since he speaks Russian, it shouldn’t be a problem for him to come and live in Ukraine or Russia... everything will be good!!!
thank. My husband is looking for a good lawyer right now. I was not at all ready for the interview. so now we need to consult with professionals

One more thing, u had interview in June 2018? And no remedicals? Sometimes they do not ask for remedicals, but extend those... Well, you never know... it may not be refusal... because to me, it should not take one year for the refusal... did you try calling CIC and asking when will you get some answer???
my medicine expired in june 2018. They did not request an update. The last GCMS was ordered in April. It is empty. Eligibility In Progress, Security, criminality - not started. These facts speak more about reject.

and when was your interview? Have you ever received pre-arrival services? It’s good that you are prepared for the worst, but let’s hope for better
thank you very much. I am a believer too. And I ask God for strength and patience. Kiev sends a refusal within two weeks. Unfortunately we never received pre-arrival services, and this one more bad sign

A full hearing time is 9-5 with 1 hr break in between . Most cases will finish within the day, if you can't finish it within the day they will just reschedule another day to continue at where you left off. In a typical marriage is not genuine case, you and your spouse will be asked the same questions( the genesis of your relationship, how did your relationship evolved to the point of marriage, what happen at your wedding, what happen after your marriage etc and all the red flags in your blue book). You need to make sure you and your spouse's answers are the same, also the answers have to match what you put in your application forms because both the Judge and the MC will study your bluebook in great details before your hearing. I have seen couple got KO at the hearing because their answers do not match what they put in their application forms, you need to study your blue book carefully.
what is meant by KO?

do they ask questions upto 7 hrs continuesly?

Yes, especially when the Judge and the MC has many doubts about your case. Also if neither you nor your spouse are good at English and need a translator, the hearing could easily take more than 1 court day to finish. KO means knockout.

Your case is not normal, I am not sure what you can do except for getting your GCMS notes to see what went wrong. Maybe someone make a mistake somewhere and your application get stuck or maybe you are stuck in security screening now, so order your notes to find out.

I already told you I don't know, if you want to know, just order your notes so you can see the flow and the stage of your application.
