PLEASE HELP
Hi everyone. I’m a permanent resident of Canada. I’ve sponsored my spouse who lives in New Delhi, India, on October 26,2018. But unfortunately our application was refused on October 11,2018, right after my spouse’s interview at his local visa office, due to bad faith. Now when I filed my appeal from November 2018, at the Vancouver IAD registry, my appeal was approved on May 16, 2019, and letter of approval received by mail on June 10, 2019. But I’m not sure how will I able to track what’s going on with my file? Can anyone please help?

Hi, yeah during filing my application, I didn’t have a lawyer, but when I started working on the appeal, I signed in a lawyer.

I totally agree with you. But I have waited 3 years and it is just not coming to an end. What a big frustration and mental torture by immigration.
I've waited 3 years too now. We sent the medical' police cert' updated application and got biometrics done. We hear nothing. Not even an email saying things have passed like his medical or biometrics. It is very frustrating! We have waited long enough.
