In that post, I am talking about Review Required. That is bad.

Recommended Pass is not bad. Guess I did not clarify it properly.

Recommended pass is one stage before Pass. Its like you are approved but until you have the Signature it is not done. So, wait for the Signature. Therefore, it is not bad at all. It just means you have one more stage to go.

I'm just thinking is eligibility is either "met" or "recommended pass" then officer should review it quickly and set it to "pass". As both met and recommended pass indicates applicant meets requirements by junior officer.

If "review required" then officer still has to review it, but more in depth.

So, in essence, there should be no difference between "met" and "recommended pass". Maybe I'm just overanalysing... at this point the wait is killing.

You are in a good spot buddy. Don't worry. They asked for RPRF, that means it is progressing. Also, your BG has started recently. So you are good.

What messes with our heads is that with every little update, progress, or change, we start to think that this is it! Relax. I am assuming you are FSWO since you had to give biometrics. FSWO is taking 5-8 months right now. Way too soon to get anxious.

Also, I would get a set of GCMS notes asap to see if there is a hurdle with something so you can correct it asap. This is not specific to you, just I would get 1-2 or even 3 sets of GCMS notes. They are a great way to keep check on your progress.

How do you know if various stages are passed or not?

I have seen many discuss their status as 'security passed' background in progress etc.

I only know how to check through the account. But in their they dont mention details. Only that medicals passed and biometrics Completed.

lol. Wait kills us all. And you are right. Mostly its only about what analyst says. If its positive... sleep well. If not. Sleep well too... cant do much at this stage haha.

Nope. GCMS does not give any impression to anyone. Its your right as per law. Don't worry about rumors. It also helps lower your BP

IRCC agent gave this status
Eligibility met
Criminality passed
Security not started yet

called again on 7th june and got this information
Eligibility in process
Medical cleared
Police verification cleared which I confirmed was Criminality
Background check not started yet which again I confirmed is Security
I asked for VO and got to know it’s Sydney, NS

Googled about Sydney and alot of negative reviews about it. Please say their application is stuck for months and they have to do a remedical.

Any thoughts on this timeline?

Call IRCC. Or Order GCMS Notes. No other way. If you do call IRCC, have a list of specific questions written down in front of you. Else people get panicky and forget to ask 1 or 2 questions, which they regret later. Its a 30-50 minute international call, so best to have a short list of very specific questions.

Your BG was MET and then IN PROCESS? And you look like you asked the right questions. Rest, GCMS notes will tell you. You cannot worry about Sydney, because you do not have any control over it. So relax. Have patience.

Simply go to getgcms.com. You should be good. You do not need to know anyone. They will take care of it for you.
