Recommended Pass is not bad. Guess I did not clarify it properly.
Recommended pass is one stage before Pass. Its like you are approved but until you have the Signature it is not done. So, wait for the Signature. Therefore, it is not bad at all. It just means you have one more stage to go.
I'm just thinking is eligibility is either "met" or "recommended pass" then officer should review it quickly and set it to "pass". As both met and recommended pass indicates applicant meets requirements by junior officer.
If "review required" then officer still has to review it, but more in depth.
So, in essence, there should be no difference between "met" and "recommended pass". Maybe I'm just overanalysing... at this point the wait is killing.
