Hi, it’s really frustrating, no update and even I do not have any idea of the processing time. I have known some people who are waiting for more than 18 months and some people from Jan 2019 who already got their passport. It seems there is no order in the processing.

My sincere advice (applicant from March 2018 Mississauga office who just did his test) dont ever compare your application's timeline with others especially if they are not from Mississauga. No matter what you do (call them, send them webform, call MP), your app will move as per the timeline its destined for. So just sit back, enjoy your life and chill. It will come when its meant to.

I agree, if someone has no rush to go out of Canada sit back and wait.18 months or 8 months you will get passport. What's the point to take extra pressure. Anyone has emergency to travel somewhere that's different case, They can be worried for sure. Other then work and enjoy good weather.
