2018-11-15 - Acknowledgement of Receipt
2018-11-15 - Sponsor Approval
2018-12-04 - Application Forwarded to Pretoria for Processing
2018-12-18 - Request for Medical
2018-12-27 - Medical Done
2019-01-28? - Medical Accepted, Background Check in Progress (don't know exact date, was a manual check on CIC)
2019-03-25 - Passport Request
2019-03-28 - Passport Sent to CPC in Ottawa
2019-04-04 - Final Status updated on CIC
2019-04-11 - Confirmation of Permanent Residence and single entry visa on passport received

Ooh likewise my application was forwarded to Pretoria 11th of February and I did my medical 12th of February and passed 14th . Background check in process since then , prying to get final decision soon like yours.

I haven’t heard something since my file was transferred to LVO on December 24. Do you know when did they start processing your application? They started processing my application on Jan 8, 2019.

It was transferred to LVO on Jan 4, 2019
And started processing Jan 14, 2019

Hi everyone,

Not a very active member on this forum but would go through the posts once in a while just to check on the status of files from different months. Below is my timeline which has reached its final destination and we have received the stamped passports. I would be happy to answer any queries anybody has to the best of my knowledge. I also have one question which I have asked at the end of this post. If anyone could answer that it would be helpful. Thank You.

CPC - Sydney, NS
Applicant: Spouse + 1 Child
PA - India
Application received - 26th July 2018
AOR1 – 3rd Oct 2018
Medical request – 4th Oct 2018
Sponsor approval – 9th Oct 2018
Medical completed – 22nd Oct 2018
Medical passed update on ECAS – 29th Oct 2018
BGC in process – 29th Oct 2018
File transferred to VO – 9th Nov 2018
AOR2 – 5th Dec 2018
Pre-arrival services letter – 27th Feb 2019
Decision made – 29th Mar 2019
PP request – 1st Apr 2019
PP submitted – 3rd Apr 2019
PP & COPR received – 13th Apr 2019

The COPR document for my spouse and child is separate. On the COPR document of my child, the relationship with the sponsor (which is me) is written as "SPOUSE" which in actual is that of a FATHER. Has anybody experienced anything of this kind? I have written to IRCC through email and webform but their reply is awaited.

My wife(applicant) didn't received any biometric request. In the status, it say " we do not need your fingerprint".
May I know from where you/your applicant completed the biometric step?
Today I called the Canadian immigration office again. They said they don't have any access to VISA OFFICE outside Canada so they can't see the current status.
Can I directly call the Singapore Visa Office for an update?

Fingerprint is only for people who submitted their applications after July 31, 2018, when the requirement took effect.

Did u got request for biometrics fee? If not, so that who submitted their file after 31st July 2018, only those people were getting biometric instruction letter.
