You worry too much buddy. You've done your part and uploaded PCC to GCKey (I presumed). Now, it's IRCC part to do theirs. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you uploaded them. Even if the status hasn't changed to submitted, you can see the file names of PCC you uploaded. Take a chill pill and watch TV or something. It's better for your health.
lol.. exactly i'm watching TV now..

Do you know how long will it take to hear back from them by email or mail? Thanks.
same here.. if you call them, they may tell you SA has been MAILed to your address (but i haven't received anything yet over 2 weeks). but that's NOT important. just start to check your status in GCKey and any updates will be reflected there at the earliest.

I received messages in online system, requesting PCC and Medical exam, but my SA still says in progress... Anyone in similar situation and knows what does this mean?
Any they also asked me to submit PCC by replying back to email they sent, but i didn't receive any emails...
AOR Nov.26th
could you share your full timeline???

[check full application status] -> [view submitted application or upload documents] in your GCkey, that's where you can submit the documents. alternatively, use Webform.

I have a question for the group, if parents have stayed in any country even as a tourist for more than 6 months do we still need to provide a PCC for that country ? also if we are unable to submit a PCC in 30 days does CIC given an extension ? Thank you all

yes, all countries for period 6mon+
you can call them and ask extensions, for example I waited my PCC 30 days

Whoever told you this lied to you. You don't apply for Quebec until the federal government asks you to do it
The process is: apply for sponsorship to the federal government, get AOR1, later get Sponsor Approval, then you get an additional letter indicating that the file has been transferred to a local visa office (AOR2) and in that letter they invite you to submit an application to your provincial government, it's at this point when you apply to Quebec. It could easily be 6 to 12 months after AOR1 so don't stress about it, sponsoring a parent is according to the website a 20 to 24 months process so it's not fast and a lot of patience is required...
Hope this solves your doubt

Thanks for the info. I must have read it wrong.

So if I look at IMM008, question 6, it asks what date you applied for CSQ. I assumed you have to apply for CSQ 1st and then submit to federal. Am I wrong?

Sponser staus changed to decision made on 28th April
Applicant's changed to in process on 28th April

They say sent you a correspondence on 27th, which I've not received yet.

Thanks

Hi guys. I just upload my parents PCC in GCKEY and they did their medical yesterday too. How long it will take to update the status after that? Plus webform didnt work for some reason so i emailed them too for the PCC just to make sure, i used the email that they provided on Sponsor approval though. Is that the right email?
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca? I got the letter for the PCC in GCKEY but there is no email provided to send them so i used that instead.
