Hi @Neema3
Get the PCC from nearest passport sewa kendra (PSK) , This will be valid for whole of India
Thank you Emmkay49

I have another question, My dad is diabetic, he takes medicines and his sugar levels are under the range. Is it still suggested to declare as a pre-existing condition in medical forms? would declaring or not declaring be a problem?

@Neema3
It's always better to declare the pre existing problem, diabetes should not be a problem if it's under control with medicines. As a precaution get the creatinine levels checked before hand before going for medical examination . If it's under the required labels (0.7 to 1.2 mg/

Hey - does the Travel Supplementary FORM needs to be filled separately for each member(as there are three member's)? or just one form? because in the form it says Main Applicant and then spouse and then dependent child.

Thanks in advance!

Just one form for all family members included the princpal applicant, spouse and dependent children and needs to be completed by the principal applicant. If there are more than three dependent children, extra sheet can be used.

Yes you must declare chronic conditions or else you are misrepresenting yourself.

Hey, anyone experienced this before:

So we are 2nd round applicants. Just got a request for bimometrics collection today.

Thing is, my parents did their previous biometric scan in 2015 for their Super Visa, and that should be valid for 10 years according to their policy.

How come they are asking for that again now???
