Who will raise voice for the QBC category? Is our concern for unreasonable delays not Valid enough for politicians /other voluntary organisations to start speaking for us ? To give us a fair deal ...
Even after having invested heavily for the benefit of the Quebec economy we remain the silent sufferers.
Nobody seems to take up our cause . We are a minority community and thus , sadly never make up the national news .
I think this should change . We should be heard through our lawyers / consultants ... someone somewhere should be told about are existence too.....
Till then we keep a low profile , waiting in patience

The program is filled with abuse and most never settle in Quebec so it can't come as a huge surprise that there may be changes.

Dear all friend :- they processing time show 47 month for business immigration for Quebec ,,, so there is no delay ,,, delay mean finish 47 month without any news or update ,,, so we can’t do anything only wait ,,, we still in the Time frame ,,, even lawyer or consultant can’t do anything for reduce processing time ,,, but if you have CSQ you can get travel visa to Canada easy and I think you can stay for 6 month inside Canada ,,, but there is a lot of fees you must pay by yourself because you still not get PR . So if you have good credit of money you can get travel visa and live inside Canada .

The CSQ is golden keys to get travel Visa for maximum 6 month , and you can live inside Canada ,,, you can ask and check with your Lawyer or consultant about it .

When i started the immigration process , the time for PR processing post CSQ was 41 months , with clear indications that it would shorten up drastically in times to come . On the contrary it stands at 47 months now . ( so basically the waiting time has increased by 6 months since)
In future I foresee it increasing further .
Living temporarily in Quebec for max of 6 months during a visit is not the solution . That one can live with TRV also, if one wishes .
We as PR aspirants wish to settle down their asap , start our business etc, lead a normal family life their , that’s what we all want ! Isn’t it ?
My concern is what if the waiting times keep on increasing further ? More .., what happens then ??

Yes. My lawyer also said, if you wish to come here then you or your partner can study visa after other (wife) have get open work permit. Child can study at local school. But fees pay like international student. But after that we don’t know our file is moov or not?
