I think 8am may be better considering they don't resume till 8am.

Have you ever come across a case where the portal is not updated of the correct status but the agent on call has shared that let’s say eligibility is met? This is curious as untill the dashboard are different for us the users & the agents, the updation should be in sync with each other. Or is it might be the case whether the agent has left a comment as passed and the following person has not updated???

Looking at recommendations for @tobs and @gau55555, I am thinking more of 7:30 AM Eastern Time i.e. 6 PM IST which is like 4.5 hrs from now. This would cover all the time zones falling in between giving most people, if not all, opportunity during the day time to raise the CSE. Also, CSE agents would realize that they have been bombarded as soon as they login to their systems.
Tagging all in the list to either concur or drop in any suggestions quickly. I can drop a final update once everyone tagged either likes (which would be considered to be aligned to the action plan) or comment if recommending any change.

Yes , I've personally seen this , a friend of mine whose file was in Ottawa, called an agent to hear that ALL has passed while the portal did say that "they are processing the background check.."
It is too hard to tell that the agent was wrong as my friend exclaimed why a ppr email hasn't been sent yet and the agent told her that she don't know and can't answer that question, and that "to wait" is all that is to be done. it's more logical to me that the portal hasn't been updated than thinking that the agent is a liar or mistaken!
7.30 AM EST is good...You have my support. Can we post the original one in Jul & Aug Threads as well? There are plenty there as well ?
The portal is never updated until final approval (after visa is stamped on passport).
The call agents get their updates from your GCMS notes.
So if they tell you your eligibility is Met, then that's the correct status.
Not sure how many will actually do it. We will have to see how it goes.
Regarding the time, 6 PM EST will be 4.30 AM in India. I am not that desparate (yet!)

Portal doesn't get updated except for 4 instances.
1. Meds passsed
2. Criminality passed (IP2)..."we are processing your background check"
3. ADR requests
4. Final approval (after visa is stamped to passport)
But GCMS updates is real time, and that's where agents get their info from not our online portal.

No. Not now. Let June get cleared first then proceed to July and later August. If everyone will send at same time it would be chaos.

Let’s do this. But I think we should wait till Wednesday and then raise a cse. We would have more number of applicants also and we can check first three days of this week if any of us get ppr or not.
