One year after my spouse received her Canadian PR card we left to visit/reside in her home country (Denmark) for a few years; it has been 6 months so far.
From what I understand she is still able to meet her "730 days within Canada" requirement to maintain her PR status because she is still living with me (I am a Canadian Citizen).
My Question is: Do these days spent with me outside of Canada count towards the 1095+ days required to apply for Canadian citizenship?
Our ultimate goal is that one day we will be citizens of both countries and live between them, but I want to ensure we are taking the right steps.
Thanks in advance for the help and advice!
